Genuine Agreement

OBJECTIVES 

Students shall be able to

1. distinguish between unilateral and mutual (bilateral) mistake,

2. determine what types of mistakes have occurred in a given situation and decide whether or not the contract can be voided,

3. explain fraud and differentiate fraud from concealment,

4. distinguish between duress and undue influence, and

5. review material from chapter seven.

ACTIVITIES

1. Students shall complete a crossword puzzle covering chapters seven and eight.

 

Assignments: Complete the chapters seven and eight crossword puzzle. Place it on the left side of your notebook.

 

ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES

Monitor and adjust as needed. Grade the crossword puzzle in the notebook.
