Homicide Offenses

OBJECTIVE 

Students shall be able to

  1. define actus reus, corpus delicti, proximate cause, and mens rea,

  2. categorize a homicide offense in terms of mens rea, and

  3. decide cases involving homicides.
     

ACTIVITIES

  1. Lecture/notes on homicide offenses.

  2. Discussion of famous homicides.

Assignments: Take notes on homicide offenses. (Your notes must be written in your own hand on the right side of your notebook.)
